GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR CANDIDATES OF ALL COURSES

The candidate has to pay fee shown in enclosed annexure through demand draft in favor of "Principal, Rajeev College of Nursing" Payable at Bhopal or in cash.

Fee is subject to change, prior information will be given to parents.

Fee should be paid at the time of admission /late fees submission will include fine as per rule.

University enrollment, eligibility, examination fee are to be paid by candidate, it is not included in college fee.

FEE ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STUDENT WHO VOLUNTARILY WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COLLEGE OR RUSTICATED WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FEE FOR ENTIRE COURSE.

Schedule tribe, Schedule Caste, OBC and the students of minority categories domicile of Madhya Pradesh will get scholarship as per the state government rule. Students of these categories are required to submit documents as per list. All documents should be attested by competent authority. Students are required to submit all these documents at the time of admission. If submitted late the college will not responsible for non-receipt of scholarship. Student who have availed the facility of getting scholarship for degree/ PG/diploma courses before taking admission to nursing or not eligible for scholarship.

College has huge library more than 5000 books, nursing journals, periodicals, magazines, newspaper and Internet facility. Students are required to follow the rules of library and do not misuse, Steal or damage books, if found in guilty fine will be charged.

  • Students are responsible to the Principal for their behaviour, both in and outside the campus
  • Students should maintain silence in the classes, library, reading room and in the corridors.
  • Student should make every effort to take care of the college and hospital property and help in maintaining the same. They should not write on the black board, nor scribble on tables, chairs and walls.
  • Any wilful damage done to the property of the college and hospital will be treated as breach of discipline.
  • If a student is in need to get leave from the college or hospital in the middle of the day, for any emergency, he/she should get sanction from the class co-ordinator and a letter to that effect must be produced from the parent or guardian.
  • Students are required to abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the University, College, Hospital and Hostel authorities.
  • Violating the rules will be dealt with disciplinary action according to the discretion of the college authorities and if necessary dismissal from the college may be considered depending upon the seriousness of the violation.
  • Students are required to maintain ethical and professional standards in behaviour both in and outside the college, hospital, hostel and community premises.
  • All decisions taken by the Principal are final and binding on the students.
  • Parents / guardians are advised to meet the Principal as and when called for.
  • Both the parents and guardians are required to furnish their specimen signatures in the presence of class teacher at the beginning of every academic year.
  • Rules are subject to change from time to time.
  • Ragging is totally banned within or outside the Institution. Ragging is a criminal offense as per Supreme Court and the Central/State Government Directives .Anyone found guilty on curbing the menace of ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009.

After successful completion of course student is required to register in MP state Nursing Council. Registration form will be forwarded only if student has100% attendance, fee submission and produced no due certificate from each department .Registration fee is separate.
